Do that every now and then, usually when I am sick

Don't know how that feels, unless I am sick than I can sleep the day away.

I've never done that but sometimes feel like I need to.  I have a lot going on with taking care of my mom who just got out of the hospital.

I wish I could sleep for 8 hours long. But I think you really need to talk to the DR when you go. That is a lot of sleep at one time.

Most of the time I HATE that feeling of sleeping through the whole day...but sometimes it is just so necessary haha

I  feel for you.  I overdid it myself this weekend.  Took on a major personal project and was not granted the time off I requested.  So I had 3 1/2 hours sleep between completing and delivering this adorable creation to another 8 hr. work shift.  Last night I had a chill in my bones... couldn't shake it... woke up sneezing; got the kids off to school than went back to sleep until my husband woke me up at 11.  Wish he woulda just let me sleep longer.  I'm so beat now... and have to go in for a silly 4 hour shift tonight.
