I wouldn't be JediJohnnie if I didn't bring up The Last Jedi trailer! It looked very cool, but I'm a bit dubious as to Luke's attitude at the end of the trailer!  :confused1:

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I'm pumped, as always, where Star Wars is concerned. Not sure what to make of the trailer. Maybe Luke's attitude changes during the movie? Who knows. I have read theories that maybe he's referring to Gray Jedi.

I am on board with 420. I will wait till future Star Wars episodes come out on Blue Ray, Direct TV or Netflix. Unfortunately the Star Wars franchise is being over bred for Hollywood's financial gain. I have chosen not to contribute fifteen dollars to corporate greed (the dark side if you will-lol). I pay nine dollars a month for my entire family to see whatever, and however many, movies they choose. If we do not have the patience to wait we can go to Direct Television and rent the movie one month after it comes out and our family of four can watch it for five dollars rather than sixty dollars (not to mention the extra cost associated with popcorn, soda, candy and crowds). Hollywood seems to have run out of innovation and relies on rehashing old movies, concepts and/or over milking franchises that people feel compelled to go to (no self control).

What's up with the LAME titles they're giving these things? "The Force Awakens" "The Last Jedi", they sound like low-budget art school projects rather than "official" Star Wars titles.  ::) I'm not joking, I think they're terrible and unimaginative titles.

I didn't even bother watching VIIor Rogue One, my days of SW fandom are long over. And there was a time that I wouldn't imagine myself saying that, I was a MASSIVE fan.  :sad1:

I couldn't wait for the Last Jedi to come out.  I've been waiting for it as soon as I watched The Force Awakens.  I hope they give you Rey's back story because I still can't believe she was able to defeat the Grandson of Darth Vader.  I mean he's part of the 'holy family' of the force and she's a nobody from nowhere.  I guess that's why conspiracy theories think she's Luke's daughter.  As for Luke himself, I am holding reserved judgement on his comment because it's taken out of context (I'll give you on purpose) to make all of us curious to want to run out and see it.  I know I am.

The trailer didn't move me, but I will still see it. I do it's more intense and with a more better display of the Sith than the last showing.

Maybe it's to mislead the audience on what really gonna! Just too mentally mess you up! I real banning a movie because of the trailer & when I did see it on regular TV, the trailer scene didn't turn out the way I thought it was. So, I missed being able to see an awesome move in the theatre because I misinterpreted the trailer!
