Breakfast
« on: April 23, 2017, 04:05:14 am »
What is for breakfast today? I have to run to the store and gas station in a moment
when I return, I will cook grits sausage, bacon and toast for us. I usually do not eat  breakfast
during the week. I usually drink hot green decaf tea or warm lemon water during the work
week morning.

I usually eat pretty light before church and have a bigger lunch after. Just coffee and a muffin for me.

I make a egg white omelette with baby spinach, diced red bell peppers, tomatoes, and avocados for my wife. My son gets a breakfast burrito loaded with cheese, hash browns, two whole eggs, jalapenos, avocados and salsa. I have two hard boiled eggs and a slice of bacon which keeps with my vow of minimalism. I also get the lunches ready. Today my son got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, beef jerky, sliced mango, fruit snacks, and Jalapeno Cheetos. My wife got a romaine salad with Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese and kalamata olives. I will have ramen, frozen vegetables and diced chicken breast. I made a Tuna casserole yesterday which I will pop into the oven this evening for dinner. Leftover casserole will be my lunch staple for the week.

Fixed a bowl of oatmeal with dried cranberries, brown sugar (just a smidgeon), and a pinch of cinnamon.

Also made it with some Almond Milk with the water.

Creamy and yummy.

Oatmeal with grounded flax seeds and a cut up banana. It's a perfect meal and so healthy for you.

I usually have a protein health shake and then have organic green tea for breakfast.  But today, I felt like eating spicy sausage, eggs and toast.
