I can't really think of a favorite because I love to cook and fortunately the people I cook for love everything I cook.  I tried a new recipe last week that everyone loved and it was so simple.  It was Bacon Wrapped Asparagus.

Spaghetti...it's fast & easy, usually I can manage to make it without burning it to the pan.   ;D  And soooo yummy!!

Nothing lol to be honest.  I just have no desire to cook anymore.  I can't stand long and I can't walk good enough to go back and forth to the table with stuff so I don't know I just gave up my desire to cook.  I wish I could because I miss good home cooked meals but we just do what we can I guess.

I am not a very good cook. My favorite think to cook would be tacos. They are easy to make and taste delicious.

I would have to say cooking Salmon Filets (just brought home from Alaska) on my Traeger Pellet Grill with Alder Hardwood Pellets, lightly seasoned with a little Butter and Rosemary.

Using the Big Green Egg has been a go-to in grilling so many meals for us now.  Veggies, burgers, chicken, fish, ribs all turn out with so much flavor that these have become the favorite things to cook.  Homemade lasagna used to be a favorite of mine, but it seems so labor intensive now.

Chicken. broccoli and rice cassorole is one of favorites. I just hate that it takes a long time.
