Gumbo made with gravy instead of the traditional gumbo spices.

Eggplant lasagna sounds delicious.  I recently tried eggplant and found that I like it.  I don't know how to cook it yet though.

I'm a foodie and I love everything.... I love to make my own pizza, ice cream, wraps/rolls from scratch (but that takes soo long).... I am also very excited to try new recipes... so I am always open to cook and experiment...

I never made ziti before I think, so I'll be curious to try that too

I am ready to come to your house for dinner, aggie 49! You make what is one of my favorite things to eat. My favorite thing to cook is a nice big pot of chili. I served it with grated cheddar cheese.

Don't really have any one favorite thing.  I cook a lot of different stuff.  I like stuff that is easy most of the time.  I can cook the complicated casseroles that take 3 days to make but I really just don't want to put forth the effort most of the time.

Really don't have a favorite as I love experimenting when I cook but my husband is not big on trying new things

I would have to say cooking Salmon Filets (just brought home from Alaska) on my Traeger Pellet Grill with Alder Hardwood Pellets, lightly seasoned with a little Butter and Rosemary.

Hey, Old Buddy, I want an invite.  Yum, I love me some salmon and that sounds delicious!  As for me cooking, I only really cook occasionally anymore.  When I do, it's just something that I have had a taste for over a week or so.  If I can't get it out of my mind and off my taste buds, then I guess I'll have to make it.

My favorite thing to cook is stuffed shells. It is easy and for some reason it relaxes me when I am taking the time to stuff each shell and they taste great.
