Do you wash dishes manually or use the dish washer daily? I have been washing dishes manually, I use to use the dish washer for holiday dinners.

I generally use the same bowl, fork, spoon, knife, water bottle and coffee mug and hand/manually wash those items daily. Dishes for my wife, and two kids, go in the dishwasher. They rarely rinse their dishes so the crud that they don't rinse off becomes baked on to the dishes during the dry cycle.  I gave up trying to rinse their dishes for them or, God forbid, expect that they would do it themselves. If I say anything I am just being a crotchety old man (at age fifty four) so I remain silent or throw a joke in every once in awhile. They ask why I am set on using, and washing, my set items and I do not have the heart to tell them that I like my dishes clean. I do not think that dishwashers are as efficient or as good at cleaning as manual dish washing.

I mainly wash dishes by hand. It's annoying but I don't have a dishwasher.

I am a manual washing person.  It is much easier and peaceful.

Always use the dishwasher but only need to run it once or twice a week.

I hate washing dishes by hand.  To me it is not relaxing.

I do not have a dish washer.

There is no room in my itty bitty kitchen for a dish washer.

I wash dishes manually. I have a dish washer that I have never used. I haven't used the dishwasher because I am not sure how to use it and if I have to rinse the dishes anyway, I might as well just wash them.

Since I don't have a dish washer I have to wash my dishes by hand.  I would like to have one someday but do not see that happening.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

Believe me, if I had a dishwasher, I'd be using it. I'd prefer that over washing dishes by hand.

My dishwaster isn't the most efficient and it could use a replacement as it's getting old. I mostly wash dishes manually as I know I can control the cleaning level, but sometimes I do spend a bit of time.

I have had  dishwashers  over time, but was always washing them any way. for 20 years it was just me and i never had a lot of dishes and preferred to wash them up every day. Then when hubby and i got married we had one. But  it was always  an argument as to how to do them up in the dishwasher,  I wanted them rinsed as it did not have a garbage disposer hooked up to it. and he would just  jam then in. although the only time i miss one is when i want to steralize my jars when canning. So i just put them in the over for 15 minutes at 350 degrees with a little water and  they are done.
