Hanging Baskets
« on: May 16, 2017, 04:11:49 am »
Do you hang baskets of flowers outside?  I just bought some, the weather finally got warm.  I have 6 on Shepherd hooks in my yard.  Going to get 2 more for either side of front door.

my family put plastic flowers in a hanging basket my uncle made in his wood shop.
they are weatherproof, hot or cold weather.

I am planning on buying several hanging baskets as well as flowers to plant in my two barrel planters.  I love the color flowers add to my house and yard.

I do have them next to my hummingbird feeder. Begonias. One of them has a dandelion in the basket and it is beautiful  lol

Every year we put plants in the hanging planters for the deck and the front of the house.  Sometimes they get a little beat up by the wind.

I love hanging baskets of flowers. some of my favorites are geraniums, begonias They are easy for my to carry but hard for me to water. I usually get mine around memorial day. put them on my patio table. :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

I love hanging baskets of plants, unfortunately it's so dry where I live that they dry out awfully fast and if you forget to water for a day, they're done :/

I love hanging baskets. However I am not very good at keeping the plants healthy. Someone told me to get Ivy hanging baskets. They said they were easy to keep up with. Well, I did not do well with them either. I keep trying different plants. Someday I will figure it out.

I had been thinking about getting a hanging basket when I was on the porch yesterday.

Then we had a big storm and I'm rethinking it. I don't want to put it out and then have it blow away.

That would be tragic.  :crybaby2:
