I do not read much. However, when I do I prefer to read a hardback or paperback book.

I like reading hard and paper backs. It's easier on the eyes than staring into the glare of a computer.

I love to read and read about 1 book a month.  I tried reading on line, but missed holding a book.  Now all my books are hardback or softback.

I read the books. It is so nice to really feel the book in my hands and read and turn the pages. For some reason, I feel that digital books just take away the personal touch.

I am still old fashioned, I prefer to hold and read a paper printed book. Nothing like holding it and  turning the pages.  I read a lot and do not really watch much  Tv. Half the time or more there is nothing on.

Nothing beats the smell of a new book.

I read both but typically digital, Never thought I would switch but its great.  On a site called Book Bub, more than 95% of ears!what I read are free or a dollar or two.  Saving tons over belonging to a book club for so many years

I prefer real books. I have some ebooks I got from Amazon on my tablet, but I very rarely read them. They are mostly money-making and such, so not really "readable" books.

I like "real" books...something about turning the pages. Not the same with digital...

I see the value in being able to download any book to one device, but I love the aesthetic of a real printed book. I work on the computer all day for a living and don't need one more screen to stare at.

Both are books.  Digital versions are good because you can have 100s of books in your hand and take them with you.
