Problems with videolab and your ip address?

Is anyone else having problems with 3rd party advertisers not allowing videos to run do to ip address? It told me to try changing ip address...

I have had nothing like that ever happening.  Maybe it is a glitch. Try later or give it another day and if it continues, open a support ticket.

I have got that the last few times I tried, so I just try something else.

No, I don't think I've had that problem, but then again I always use my laptop at home. I'm just wondering if you were on someone else's IP address? Like if you went to someone else's house or to a library for the WiFi. Just a thought.

My videolab app has been working smoothly, knock on wood.  I have not seen any issue with the IP address.  Occasionally it will stop and I have to click a button allowing a pop up, but that's been my only hiccup.

I have had this problem for days now hopefully if enough people acknowledge it is happening FC will correct it.

You just never know when or if it will work these days.  Seems like every day is something different.

I just tried the video lab and I got the same message.  I have never seen that before.

Yes, happens to me occasionally. I just wait a bit and then reload the page.

I have been getting that same message all day today and can not get into VideoLab.  I used to get it in the past but would refresh and get in with no problem.   How do you change your IP address anyway?   I always play it from home.
