Has anyone ever had their knee scoped?  I have to have this done and am curious what to expect. Thanks

No I haven't, sorry. But I'm kind of thinking this topic should've been under "Off-topic", I think this is FC type stuff support :)

This topic belongs under the “Off Topic” section.

I’m sorry I cannot be of any help. Perhaps you can do some research about this online or ask the physician who will be performing this procedure on you. You can expect an incision to be made on the knee joint for the arthroscope which is a visual instrument made up of a tiny lens, light source and video camera. There is a monitor located in the background for the orthopedist to visually examine the joint, diagnose and treat the joint area.

ask your doctor about this... he/she will know more than us and you will know the info is accurate and relative to your condition

I had my knee arthroscopy a few years ago, had it done twice, still having problems with my knee, gives out on me, twist without notice, so I'm gonna need a knee replacement in a few years.
