Can anyone help me with why am I getting this message

I have never gotten this message before what does this mean and why do I see a white screen and want  let me view any videos.

You might try using a different browser or logging out and back in. You might try restarting your computer. If that does not work, there might not be any videos available to you at that time period. Keep trying.

I'm sorry I can't help you with this problem. I have never got this code before and then just a white screen.  I have not been lucky with videos lately until today.  I watched the Game of thorns and got the eight cents.

it  does that with everyone, it will start when they want it too.

It does that some times. The videos can be a bit finicky once in a while. You'll find that some videos will work for others while some don't.
