I read about it when newspaper has a story on it.

Sure looks like hes guilty like OJ looked also.But how would i know either?

What i do know is there is much injustice in this world.Hopefully they get it right whatever is the truth.

I had a bunch of thoughts and had them typed out and then everything just disappeared and I am not going to type it all again. lol

The women were not raped.  They done what they wanted to so they could get ahead and get money.  He did have sex with them so he is lying when he says he didn't.  But I do not believe they were raped over 20 years ago and all of a sudden just all remembered it with in the last year.  They just want money.

The original DA would not go to trial because he said they did not have enough evidence for a conviction,
 so I feel like it is a big waste of money to try again.  So many women there is probably something to it, but after over 20 years it seems a little late.

I am not following his trial, I feel if he has done those things they claimed he did, then justice will be given.

I do not know what happened beyond a shadow of a doubt which is kind of what does/doesn't define his guilt. I think that if he had sex with women that were drugged into a state where they could not consent to or decline his advances, and it could be proven, he would be guilty of rape. The burden of proof falls on the alleged victims and, if what they say is true, I can only imagine how their lives and mental states have suffered and how horribly hard this must be to go through again. If it is true and he is not found guilty, may God have mercy upon his soul. I have a feeling that this case will be dragged out for several more years and he may not live to see the conclusion. He is looking very old and confused in all of the pictures that I have seen of him.

I had a hard time at first believing he was guilty, but I'm fairly convinced of it now. He admits he gave them drugs but then they had consensual sex. Really? Really? I guess you are consensual of a lot of things when you're under the influence of drugs. 

He has a lot of money so he has a good chance of being found innocent. Yes, I think money plays a huge role when it's a tremendous amount. Look at OJ.

And I've noticed they've been playing a lot of his Cosby Show reruns lately which indicates to me that he's getting some residuals to help him out financially. 

Hopefully, justice will prevail. I  think those women deserve some justice even as only a show of respect for what they went through. I can't believe that many women would come forward just to be false witnesses for whatever reason. Just my thoughts for whatever that's worth.

what a waste of time,,,,,,,,  you know he is guilty  but I really doubt that any jury is going to convict him. if they do it will be a slap on the wrist and move on.

Why did they wait so long   Money

I think 20 years is way too long to wait then come forward claiming rape.  It makes the women harder to believe they were devastated by the incident and not out looking for money.  While I want to believe them, I just can't.  I can't see them as anything but opportunists out looking for money because they came forward now when Cosby is completely famous rather than when the rape occurred while Cosby was still attempting to get a foothold in comedy.  I believe the sexual intercourse did occur under the influence of the drugs he gave them (as he admitted), but I can't think to bring myself to think of it as actual 'rape' since the women just say 'he gave me a drug' not 'he force me to take a pill'.  The fact that they took it willingly makes me wonder what they thought was going happen afterwards.  If that were me, I never would have just taken a pill someone hands me and the moment someone tried I would have just left.  I'm not saying they deserve whatever they got, but the fact that they took the drugs without struggle, and the fact that they were not forced to Cosby's place nor were they held there against their will and could have left at any time, I think those are reasons the jury couldn't decide if he truly was guilty of rape.  I'd be in doubt myself about the integrity of the women, especially after decades of silence.  I'm not saying they lied, I'm just saying I wonder if you agree to enter basically a stranger's apartment, agree willingly to take drugs they offer you, stay in their apartment/hotel room etc. without being forced, are you not setting yourself up to be raped?  Honestly, I would think under those circumstances anyone with half a brain would know sex would come into the picture somewhere.  I want sympathy for the women, but they have too many variables I just can't swallow.
