I drink water all the time (have to since I had to give up soda with my sugar level to high) but I always gag on it.  It's like I can swallow anything but water so no.  I honestly can't say I feel better after drinking it but it is the best especially after doing anything physical or being outside on a hot day.

I drink water almost all of the time, but it must be ice cold .  As it is city water. when we lived down in the southern part of the state our water tested out at 99.8%clear. best drinking water you can find. But here  no it is has to have ice in it for me to drink it. I get to drink 1 cup of coffee  Z(6 oz.) a day and  a 160z  glass of ice tea a day. After that it is all water, Never drink soda pop it makes me gag. it is so sweet.

I know the feeling when you are very hot and thirsty than drink a lot of water - I threw up and stomach upset for a while. but ya know I still drink water. I drink it chilly to warm, with cucumber or lemon or other fruit. FYI, cups of coffee or tea counts too. Agreed water can be or taste just like medicine indeed.

Yes, and I drink water constantly. It is good to keep your body hydrated throughout the day. We don't have a water dispenser on our refrigerator, but do have a water cooler.  It's great because there is always cold water available to drink, and also hot water for tea or other instant beverages.

I'm not a huge fan of water but I do try to drink as much as I can just because I know I need to.  I am more of a tea person ... hot or iced

Water is great when you're quenching for it. Nothing can compare when it's water you want!

Always, a good way to just flush the system, I like to add lemon or lime.

I'm a seltzer water lover. I use my Soda Stream for that with no added flavor. Lemon is fine for a flavoring but I don't have to have it. I guess I feel better after I drink it. I sure feel thirsty if I don't.  :P

BTW, I was going to post on the fact that drinking water when you're hungry often works. Sometimes when you're thirsty, you will feel hunger, and when you quench your thirst, you'll stave off the hunger pangs. Works for me anyway.
