I opened a ticket 6/12/17 (11 days ago) and heard nothing since. I really doubt that support is working

I sent out a few email's last month and all were resolved quickly.  Just be patient I am sure someone will reply.  I would wait maybe a week and write another one.

I opened a support ticket recently and got a response within a couple of days. If you still have not gotten a response by now, I suggest that you open another ticket but I would wait until after the holiday, like later on this week.

When I did support years ago, they contacted me and fixed my problem and where very nice. The last few times, I did not get any place with them. I hope it goes back to how it was.

unfortunately the ticket was not resolved, the support answered in 14(fourteen!)  days with common answer and suggestion to open another ticket. I am very disappointed

Sorry it didn't work out for you.  I have always had my tickets answered in a timely manner, however, I probably didn't always get the reply I'd hoped for. But I just take it with a grain of sand and move on. I don't like to dwell too long on something I can't change.
