You probably have an older computer. What I meant by that is we are in the 2017's(Joke). I used to have a desktop that is older than my dog flippy but now. I have a new lap top and say good bye to those annoying pop ups.

My computer is four years old. I don't consider that very old. I probably will trade it in on a new one next year. For now Norton is taking care of my issues. But it still gets annoying.

4 years is old when it comes to technology. My computer is about that old and it can barely handle running all the latest software. I'm planning on replacing it when computers go on sale for back to school soon

I use an ad blocker since I hate popup ads.  I started using one because a website I was trying to read an article from kept showing ads and wouldn't let me get to the article.  Some websites like Forbes demands you close the pop up blocker to use their site.  When something like that happens I used another website.  It's great, especially on YouTube.  No more annoying ads.

Thanks for all comments. Using Google Chrome has solved the problem. Yeah, not more annoying popups on my 4 year old computer.

I do run into that problem sometimes.  What is a good popup blocker app or program.

I do not generally, I keep the pop up blocker on to try and avoid them if possible, I agree they can be annoying.

They are definitely annoying and irritating. The pop up no matter what you are doing.  It makes me want to scream.

Not so much anymore. But sometimes I'll forget to close one of the popup video windows and that gets annoying
