Crowd Flower and Facebook

Hi,

I'm a newbie.  Tried to do a task through Crowd Flower and the only sign up option is through Face Book.  I don't have a Face Book account.  Is there another way?

I don't know of any other way to do the Crowd Flower sign up any other way. the task are to me really hard, but you maybe one who can do them without any problems.

Good question i know when i first signed up crowflower had it where you could sign up without facebook

No Crowdflower requires a Facebook account to sign in. If you really want to do tasks you can create an account and just not use it for anything else.

I use to do the surveys or research studies on crowdflower but when they wanted access to Facebook that was it for me.  They had identity verified thru FusionCash (much more so than Facebook),  there was no "need" for them to access Facebook other than to mine your friends list.

I second the information provided by ladavia89. The Facebook requirement has been around for quite some time and perhaps will not go away anytime soon. Create a Facebook account and do not bother with it if not interested.

When Crowdflower put in the Facebook requirement I stopped doing tasks. I just didn't think it was worth giving them my Facebook information. I never really made that much from tasks.

I agree, if you want to do the tasks just open a facebook page for that purpose.  No big deal.  I do tasks frequently, attempt every day but don't always have some that I like.   I do fairly well with them and enjoy the variety.

I guess they took crowd flower off. I don't remember seeing it. Maybe it was on here a day I was really not on Fusion Cash.

It's a simple matter to open a Facebook account just for those activities that want to use it for logging on. I have two, one for online websites and one for friends and family. No big deal.
