I won 19 medals this year in my county senior games in the 50-54 group which gives me about 72 for 5 years

Next year I move up to 55-59

Fifty is a "senior"? Yikes I have been a senior for 24 years then!

Congrats. What categories did you win? Wish my county would have something like that. Sounds like fun and a great way to stay in shape.
