going to the in laws

going to head to dallas tomorrow and spend a couple days at the in laws house... this is a good thing, i love them.
we are, however going mostly because we have business in dallas to take care of, not really a visiting trip, but we are gonna kill 2 birds with one stone....

my son has grown at least 6 inches this summer and passed his older sister up by far, his grandparents are gonna be shocked!!! my two kids were the same height for so long that people thought they were twins... now it will appear as if my youngest is the oldest... lol

well, im gonna be busy but i think i will still find a way with  my phone to get in a survey or two, maybe while we are on the road,,,, if i dont have to drive of course......

Mariek7693, Enjoy your time in Dallas with your business trip and with the in-laws.  I always enjoyed visiting with my in-laws.   The grandparents are surely going to love having your kids there and see the growth spurt of your son.

I am glad that you still value your in laws. That is like music  to my ears. Hardly now a days you hardly hear anyone saying compliments about their in laws. Now your son growing taller is just like my middle son. He is now taller than his older brother and almost as tall as his grandpa. He is 6' 4". Only 15. His grandpa is 6' 6".

I hope you have a good visit with your in-laws.  I bet they will be so surprised to see how your kids have grown.  I think I had two of the best in-laws and I'm so happy you like yours.  I loved both my in-laws and miss them so much.

I have great in-laws, but my wife is from Alaska, so I don't get to see them very much.  I do love to hear a good "bad" in-law story though.  Does anyone on here have one that they want to share.  My wife's friend has horror stories, so once we get a few post on here, I will share a few.

It's nice to hear that someone actually likes their in laws. I love mine too, but I heard many people say nothing good about their in laws.
