I used to a lot but not very often anymore. Every now and then my husband and I will leave each other sweet notes.

Do you still hand write letters to family or friends? I use to write letters all the time, but now
I would rather send emails. I still receive hand written letters
From my friend that lives out of state, which is nice.

Every now and then I will send a card.  I like to receive cards.  But apparently most people do not care. SO I don't bother much.

I try to send out cards and notes as much as possible. My goal is to get a card out to my two children, who are both in college, every month. I'll throw a five dollar bill or lottery ticket in each one. I usually drop the family a group text with the obscure holiday of the day and a heart felt 'love you'. For instance, today is Honey Bee Day. My daughter is quite afraid of Honey Bee's so this one was not received as well. They have moved into their new residences this week and start classes next week so I will write three cards (one for my wife) tomorrow and get them in Monday's mail.  My daughter listed notes and holidays as two out one hundred reasons that she loves her dad in a gift presented to me on Father's day...made me chuckle.

I don't write notes or letters at all anymore because email is so easy, and it is free. I know a lot of people think emails are very impersonal and sometimes I Agree.

I write very few physical letters anymore, mainly to relatives who don't have computers. It's an art that's sad to see disappear, but I can't argue with email etc. being much more efficient. Writing is frustrating to me because of how much faster I know I could be typing the words.

Haven't hand written a letter in years, no one to write too.

Handwritten letters makes it more personable, real, honest, and memorable because it comes from the heart. We live in a high speed world of technology. Emails are certainly convenient; however, they don’t seem to hold the same touch and value as a handwritten letter. :peace:

I do still write letters because I have penpals. Typing is faster but I still love a handwritten letter.
