I got mine from Amazon but that was over a month ago.   Has been interesting with all the glasses being sold.  There were certain ones on Amazon that folks are now getting refunds for some that folks purchased.   Some companies are being accused of selling glasses that are not certified.   I guess i was lucky and mine are the correct ones.   One test to see if you have a pair that is safe is to put them on outside and look at the sun.   You should not be able to see anything other than the sun.   I put mine of before going outside to check them and it was like having my eyes closed.  Couldn't see anything.      One other interesting fact about mine, I bought a pack, 10 pair for $15.99 from Amazon.   Currently the exact same pack is selling for over $100.00 on Amazon.   Can't believe how companies will rip people off.

most places I called are out... I didn't buy any online as I don't trust them... I'm sure a lot of providers are selling cheap, ineffective glasses and I'd rather not risk my eyesight... and seeing I'm only about 150-200 miles from the totality path I may just drive down and see it

I already have my glasses.  I just have to drive up the road 26 miles to see a total eclipse.  I live in middle Tennessee.  My cousin and I are going to leave early Monday morning and eat breakfast somewhere and then get us a place to watch it.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :)

My eyes are too important to me, so I have no interest in seeing any more than will be all over the TV news.

I agree with you old buddy. It's not that important to watch the eclipse and possibly hurt your eyes.
