Not getting home til 9 ... either making a grilled cheese and a Caesar salad or making spaghetti and also having a Caesar salad with it. Lol.

For me it's italian sausage, carrots, pasta, and marinara sauce. That's comfort food.

Tomato, broccoli salad made with my garden veggies

Good stuff, no chem sprays on my veggies. All good.

Or....

Tomato and cheddar sandwich, with green beans...t'mater and beans from our garden.

Love it while it lasts. Will freeze what is not used.

I'm coming late to the party here, but a few nights ago I made dinner while wife and daughter had a night at the dance studio that lasted through dinner time.  I noticed a recipe/video online for Doritos cheesy chicken casserole and wanted to try it. So rather than ask my wife if she wanted to try/make it, I decided to just make it myself on a night I was home alone and just feed it to them when they got home.  It was tremendous (and super simple and fast to make)! Daughter didn't care for it, but she is kinda funny when it comes to cheese.

It was even better as reheated leftover lunches this week.

Today, the same as lunch. Leftover chili mac.

Gotta use it up. Ah the joy of left-overs :)

I do love it though.

It's a million degrees here... 109' so it is going to be something that doesn't require cooking/oven.
Might be a Domino Pizza Night.
