Help! My 5 dollar Bonus Disappeared?

When i made my account a few week ago, i got my 5 dollars new user bonus,  then last week I came back next day, and it disappeared, my account only had 2 dollars in it?  where did my 5 bucks go, I have emailed support and no one is getting back to me  2 mailed them 2 times, not sure what else to do, has this happened to anyone else?
