What do you do with lemon juice?

I like slices in water, especially when I eat at a restaurant.....most restaurant water is less than desireable to my palate.

 I love lemon bars and lemon meringue pie.....this post brings those 2 desserts to mind...should make some!!

I used to drink bottled lemonade but then I discovered how much added sugar there are so I stopped.

Sometimes I add lemon zest to cake batter, the lemon fragrant is wonderful!

It's excellent for salad dressings, and marinades. You can also use it for cleaning.

I don't do anything with lemon juice I don't bake not unless there are other things you can do with it.

I mix it with hydrogen peroxide.
It is a substitute of sorts for bleach.

I like lemons on and in a lot of things.  When are tree goes crazy with them, I squeeze them and put them in ice trays.  Then into big zip locks.  It is great to be able to just pull out a cube or however you might need any time of the year.
