Do you wear a wig?

i haven't never worn a wig, but I know people who do, some wigs look good on most people, but i think they choose the wrong ones, some people heads aren't made to wear them, even when you have hair on your head, i.e. short cut or have a head full of hair.

They are not like what they use to be. Today, there's tons of beautiful realistic wigs on the market. So the stigma against wigs have changed, it seems like everyone is wearing one nowadays.

Yes sometimes as a protective style to take a break from styling my hair so much.

I wore wigs back in the '70s as a change in style. i had long straight wigs, short hair wigs, and different colors. i had a brown frosted wig that i used to wear. i can't even remember the hair style that was very popular back then. I loved the style but at that time, I never used to get my hair cut short like that. I loaned it to a friend and she put it on the top of a pole lamp where it melted.

After my radiation treatments, I bought a cheap wig to wear while my hair was falling out but after I gained some of my weight back, it didn't fit. i do need to buy another one because my hair never grew back but I really don't know which style to buy, nor what color. The gray (silver) colors always have black undertones and I was always a blonde, so that silver color wouldn't suit me...and they don't have platinum blonde where I bought my other wig. So I wait.

I do not wear wigs. My mother used make wigs for a living when she was still alive. I heard she made good money. She was exceptionally good with working with her hands. She was fast and efficient as she sew each strand of hair onto the wig with a needle. I feel making wigs for cancer patients and patients who suffer from other medical hair issues earns more merit compared to regular people who work in theater or the entertainment industry.

No, never have.

 Thankfully, I do not wear a wig.Years ago I had to take medication for a serious infection that almost took my life. The medication damaged my skin and hair. Since then I use coconut oil and the sap from inside a real Aloe Vera plant to keep my hair long and beautiful.

I don't have to wear a wig, but I do like some of the colors they make for wigs! I would wear them just for the good time's and to have fun!
