A couple months ago I tried to cash out, I received information regarding the tax hold up since I hit over $600.  I found the information that needed to be sent which was a fax verification.  FC received the information and stated it would be 7-14 days for a response.  I have sent many support tickets with no response.  All the supports say open.  I have read it can take up to 60 days.  My concern is it has been over 60 days.  Has anyone had this issue?  What way were you able to cash out after the $600 mark if you had to send a fax verification.  My account says it is in good standing and I am still getting a ton of surveys.  Just puzzled.

Have you tried cashing out? They had processed mine and I just never got any notification about it.

I tried cashing out and it still says tax verification information.  social security number or tax number.

Did you send a copy of your social security number. If you already did then try cashing out again
