Yeah, I have had some money expire on here before.  I have found that if you do the surveys very much at all, there will never be an issue with going long enough for money to expire.

I thought about closing my account as well before I cashed out my $70. It took so long to get to the amount I desired . I haven't been paid on a few surveys myself and if someone closes their account on here, you can't become a member again?

I have never had that happen to me. I usually cash out once every 2 months.

Please stay. I have been here off and on since 2013 and yes, the funds in my account disappear if I'm gone too long, but it is pretty worthwhile to hang out and do tasks and surveys. Some of the tasks pay pretty well, and if you get on a roll and complete a bunch, the payout is pretty good.  Just stick with it.

It is important to be aware that our earnings expire if we don't cash out on a regular basis.  I cash out every 2-3 months so I've never lost my earnings.

When was the last time you cashed out?Uncashed credits expire after 180 days.If your balance is still at least $25 you should cash it out before more credits expire.

Exactly that is what I was taught when I first started on here.

I am trying to remember that as I prepare to evacuate my apartment if necessary.

Maybe the credits expired on your account? If not, you could send in a ticket. Even though it's been hard to make money on here lately, I wouldn't give up. There's still things to do on here.

There are times I just can't seem to catch a break and do any surveys, but I keep plugging  along and sooner then later will get some.  For the most part I am able to cash out every other month, I just put it in my PayPal account and  I am saving it for what I don't know yet. But I thin I will go ahead and get me a  PayPal credit card since I have a good total in it and if and when I see what I want I will be able to buy it.

I think you should let the administrators know what happened first.  I have never lost money!

The only time I have ever "lost" money is if a survey credit was revoked. Thankfully it doesn't happen that often, and they will send you an email about that.
