country life is great and if you live close enough to city you can have both of best worlds.

if you have decent transportation, then the country is the best place to live.   I like growing flowers and vegetables and I like to be able to have pets that don't have to be pinned up all day.

I dont know if you can consider where i live a country or a city. But i like to say that i live in the country and then it takes 25 minutes to get into town. Which holds about 24,000 permanet residents but have like 40,000 college students.

It's both for me. I like being in the country, where you have your own huge chunk of land and stuff, but I gotta be near the city for job, and also stuff I need (for a place like walmart or target). But I wouldn't mind living in the country and driving to the city, just wouldn't want to stand the traffic every morning.

I love the city life! There are more things to do. I don't think I could ever live in the country side.

I grew up in the country and at the time I hated it, I moved to a big city almost 6 years ago and would now give anything to go back to the country! I hate this city life, the traffic, the crime, and there are just way too many people here! LOL

The country for sure, I have lived in the country my whole life on my family's farms, I think it runs in the family because my family and my ancestors from the past have always lived in the Country from 1860 till now.
Much less noise and much more peace, no crimes or robberies because every one knows when they tress pass on country living folks you will be shot.
Much better views living in the country then living in cities.

I grew up in the country. I moved to a small city of about 100,000 when I was 15, then to a large city of 10 million people when I was 22. The country has its perks. It is more relaxing and you are free to roam and explore the countryside. That's especially fun as a kid. On the other hand, it takes a long time to reach basic services like decent shopping centers, hospitals, etc. If you live in a big city you have everything you could want: malls, food from around the world, clubs for any interest you can imagine, etc. However, cities are crowded and stressful.

It just depends on what you are looking for, but I prefer the city.

I would rather live in the country for sure. I don't like going to big cities because the air just smells bad everywhere. I'd really rather live in a suburb in the middle than in either, though.

Country, 110%!  I live near Chicago and I like to visit the city, but I don't think I could live there with all the pollution and crowded streets and insane drivers.  The country is open and peaceful-definitely where I want to be.
