first floor flooding
« on: September 09, 2017, 08:01:20 am »
under the doors there needs to be some type of seal material, whether it's rubber or something else.
on the minus side, many motels and senior facilities have sliding doors that don't block out water from coming in.
that may be disadvantageous.
on the plus side, there are wide awnings that add protection.
that is an advantage.
