so ive completed some surveys all the way to the end and then at the last page there is some sort of internal error.

has this happened to anyone else or am i just having a bad day?  its been happening with tap surveys.

I have had error messages at the end of a survey.It's frustrating spending all that time and winding up with nothing.What's even worse is when I get all the way to the end and they tell me I didn't qualify.

unfortunately it happens to me too. It is one of the many reasons why I don't do many surveys.Sometimes I find I have more success if I  skip a day doing surveys. :rainbow: :rose: :peace: :wave:

If you are having an issue with the Tapresearch survey there is a place to contact them and then select which survey was a problem (this will probably show up as incomplete and show 15 or 20 min, or whatever time you spent).  They were good about making things right when I have had different issues.  I honestly didn't expect that most of the time from these types of things you get "tough luck" but they seemed to want happy participants.

I was having trouble with them too. It got so frustrating that i gave up with that survey

Yes, I have gotten that a bunch of times. I hate when that happens. I just try and put it out of my mind when it happens.

I think it's happen to most people if not everyone... a couple times it did it to me and I refreshed the page and it went through... might be worth a try... nothing to lose

It happens frequently, and not just on this site. At this point, I don't usually even attempt a survey longer than 10 minutes unless there's a big payout.

Sometimes, it does happen. However, sometimes, I refresh the screen, and it credits.

Always try to refresh if you can. It certainly does not hurt.
