Hyprmx videos are not crediting

I have just returned from vacation but I remember that there was a problem with HyprMX videos not crediting before I left. I do not recall if the problem was solved. Usually HyprMX videos are very dependable. Maybe you will get your credit later.

I have done HYprMX twice since my earlier post just above and both credited.

I haven't noticed a problem with them not crediting, but I was having a problem getting them to load for a while.

The hypermx videos are different know then what they were this morning so the well probably work now. I'll find out in the morning.

If you are referring to the HyprMX videos that were 1 page, I got those, too, around midnight Pacific time.  Several...one right after another...the countdown started at 13...NO credit.  Ugh!

Some of my HyprMX videos credited and some didn't.The short 1 page videos didn't credit for me.I also had some longer ones,the ones that are 3:15 long,that did credit.

I am beginning to get one page HyprmX videos that do not credit but the next time that I click on, I get a video lasting just over 3 minutes which does credit.

I noticed the last few days the HyperMX Videos weren't crediting! What's up with that?!?

The 13 and 18 ones are not paying this morning.

I'm having the same problem .. longer ones work perfectly .. short ones not working at all.  Hopefully this issue will be resolved quickly

It has been a while now,  no credit for the short about 18 sec with the separate timer screen but the 35 sec with the timer on the same page credits (only had 2 of these and they showed up after a 3+ min one in amongst the other ones).

What it seems to come down to is the ones under 30 seconds NEVER credit and the ones under a minute usually do not either. All of the ones over a minute seem to credit.

HyprMX is still not crediting.All they had tonight were those 1 part ones that never credit.Fortunately,I qualified for a survey so I didn't have to rely on videos to be able to do PTC tonight.
