I may grip sometimes about living in a small town in  the Northeastern part of N. M. The heat  can be awful, but we don't have the bad storms . no hurricanes and no tornados . although the wind can be  fierce some times, and very lucky  to not have large fires near us. So will take the good with the bad of what we do have and pray for all of those that do live within the  storms. Glad your safe.

Happy that my FC friends so far all seem to be safe.  Material stuff you can replace (eventually) but not you guys!

I'm in FL, I am very grateful we had minimal damage. It could have been so much worse.

  I have been through  a few hurricanes while living in Houston, but this is the first time that I
was not severally affected by it. But some of  my family members were. Some parts of my sister's
house got flooded and they had to remove some stuff from the house.

It was a little rough here in Georgia, we had power out for about 12 hours and our phone was finally restored this past Friday.

Yes us too in fact we have a new house and are going to try and sell our old house but anyway point is we were blessed to have no major damage with either.  Worse we endured was several days of loss of power and losing all our food.  Glad to hear you are ok as well.
