cashing out issues still hapening

Anyone having issues with cashing out?  I have faxed my documents and have emailed my documents and still unable to cash out. This has been going on for three months.  What does FC have to do to verify a persons account?

Mine was done in less than a month so I'm not sure why its taking so long for you.  Could it be that your documents can't be clearly read?

If they can't be read would seem like they would contact me by email.

  I faxed them and received a message stated they received fax verification, they when I was inquiring about it, they stated they did not receive it to email it, the attachments I can see clearly from my end.

They verify to make sure that it is actually your account and that it isn't some robot/hacker taking advantage of FusionCash.

I understand that but it taking this long to cash out over 3 months doesn't make sense.

I have been with FC many years. I do not remember having any problem cashing out for the first time. I remember having to do a telephone verification when I first signed up but then it has been smooth sailing.

I never had to fax or email any documents.

How much is your cash out for? Is it your first one? Are you requesting a check or is it going to PayPal? Have you been using a computer only and from your home?

Just a guess, but could your browser being blocking FC causing it not to verify?
