Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the best and I also make a high protein pancake with oatmeal.  The pancakes are a simple recipe but you need to throw it all in a blender.

1/2 C. Oatmeal
1/2 C. Cottage Cheese
2 eggs or 4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

It's high protein pancake batter.  You can also make "no bake" cookies with oatmeal.  They're really good!

Have a great day!

That's a power food: eat just a serving, it's less than you think; eat it like medicine, at first than in time; you just eat it. :highfive: :glasses-nerdy: :in-love:

Make cookies!!! One of my easiest, favorite cookie recipes calls for oatmeal with baking cocoa and chocolate chips.  That's a great way to use up an excess of oatmeal.

I love oatmeal cookies!  I used to bake them but hardly bake cookies, cakes or pies anymore.  I love sweets and try not to keep any on hand. lol

Chocolate Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. On medium heat, bring to a boil for one full minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.

Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
Have a wonderful day!

I don't have one to give you, but if you google you will find tons of different yummy ones.
Try looking for "oatmeal cookie" recipes.
Sooo good!
And you could add anything you wanted to... the best I've tried in the past where adding chunks of white chocolate and cranberries... soo good, and so healthy too!!!
