Praying for the people in California

I have a friend out there and don't know if she's in the area of evacuation from the raging fires out there.  The U.S. is really having a hard time this year with fires, tornadoes and hurricanes.  I hope to be able to contact her today.

P.S. I've already prayed for hurricane victims. Nate is now a tropical storm and here in my state now but will only be a little over 2-2/1 inches of rain and maybe a thunder storm. I can't believe it's almost mid-Oct. and our weather is still in the 70s and 80s!

Prayers goes out to all who have endured lost of family and property, continue to pray for everyone, God is in control, everything has its time and season, God does things for a reason, only he knows why, and in time we will understand his reasons.

pray for my brother as well he is sent to Puerto Rico  for two years to repair the damage from the hurricanes

Yes we just endured Irma here in central florida.  Maybe it is because I am kind of "used" to hurricanes but the fires scare me more.  We have had some fires here in our area in years past but I really feel for California.

Yes, the fires have been bad all over the west this year.  We had so much rain/snow in the winter, then a very hot summer so that all the extra growth is now dead and dry that we knew it was coming. The fires in some areas are moving so fast because of the hot winds we are having, last I heard 21 people had died and they feel the number will go up, because the fires burned so quickly they could not get out the word to evacuate quick enough.

It is so sad what is going on in the northern part of my state. If those fires were intentionally set I hope they catch the arsonist.

I hope they see those forest fires under control. It's sad to see people lose their homes due to this.

It is so bad the news is on it all day.Live 60-70 miles away and ou5 air is affected,closing some schools tomorrow.i think 3500 homes and businesses are gone it burnt a kmart completely down.
