How do you eat steak?

We went out to eat yesterday with friends and we all had steak.  It was funny, we all ordered it cooked different, I like mine med well, my husband med rare, my girlfriend well, and her husband rare.

Medium well. I always get criticized that I should have it rare but sorry, red raw meat is unappetizing to me :/

I like mine well done.  It doesn't have to be cooked to death in other words until it is totally dried out but I really don't want to see pink much less red.

My favorite is an expensive charcoal grilled Costco steak smothered in mushrooms and onions. Yummy!

Ohya, the smell. I like it rare with a sauce. I like it crispy with ketchup. You can't fake stake. love it.
