How do you eat steak?

I don't eat beef steak any longer, but I do occasionally indulge in a bison steak. My husband likes it barely cooked, but I'm a medium well person.  I can tolerate a little pink in the middle, but it's hard to get it too done for me!

I like it rare or medium rare in a GOOD restaurant... I ask for a well done one when I'm not sure how fresh the meat is or I don't know the place.

I eat steak with a fork and a knife! LOL!  I eat it with seasoning's on most steaks, unless it's mixed with a burrito, then I eat it with those ingredients!

I rarely eat steak.  I used to always order it well done but now I get it medium well.

I used to eat steak medium rare smothered in mushrooms. My hubs and his son always wanted their steak well done like you cut a piece of roast and cooked it until it fell apart.

One day a long time ago, he was drinking with buddies and I gave him medium rare steak and there was no turning back for him. LOL I pulled the same thing with other foods he refused to eat because of some reason, but I wish I could get him to eat my baked mac and cheese.    He says he hates anything with melted cheese but he'll eat pizza and lasagna, so it's all in his head.

Monday night, I made a new recipe: Mac and cheese pepperoni pizza. It used sharp cheddar mixed in macaroni, covered with marinara sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. He ate it! Then said he'll eat it once-in-a-while...like once a year. Hey! It's a start.

I am not much of a beef eater, I prefer chicken or  fresh seafood when I can get it. Once in a while I will  eat a hamburger, or beef stew.  Frankly I don't like the smell of it.  But that goes back to living on a farm /ranch and we did our own butchering, plus working at a meat market  cutting it. Got to where it  was sickening to me.  But too each his own and continue eating those steaks and keep the ranchers in business.
