Just maybe you should count calories correctly first. Than after you do this correctly, than you can evaluate fast foods more.

If you're careful, you can find some fast food that is nutritious.

But you're better off with things that you prepare yourself. It can be fast. Lots of meals can be prepared in 15 minutes or less. And you don't have to pay for gas to get to the fast food restaurant.  :star:

fast food isn't always bad for you. Fast food resturants have been coming out with healthier options. Mcdonalds has fruit for children and chocolate milk.

A lot of places have been offering salads. its all about portion control. most places are high above what the portion should be. In fact an adult serving should be what they give the children.

If we all stopped super sizing our meals we would be a lot better off.

If there is anyone out there that feels like fast food, and I mean any fast food, is not terrible for your health, I truly feel bad for them.  And people wonder why cancer and heart attacks are taking so many lives....

I am pretty sure if you looked hard enough you can find something good but in general it is better to prepare your food yourself.

For the most part I prefer to make  our own meals.  That way I know what is gong in them. But once in a great while if traveling we will stop at  a fast food and get a snack.  Never a big supersize meal,  Most of the time I prefer they do not put dressing on anything as they just smother  the food.  I always get salads with the  dressing on the side .  Prefer to be able to taste the veggies.

Most of the fast food I eat is awful for me.  But I refuse to eat food I don't like.  Had too much of that forced on me as a kid.

Subway and Panera bread are the healthiest fast food you'll ever find right now.

Some choices are better than others.  I don't think all fast food is bad.

It's not always "healthy" but there are ways to cut calories and fat at fast food places.

It depends what you are eating. And honestly, going out to eat is always going to be more calories than what you make at home...
