How old is the puppy. You can use old newspaper or puppy pads for a couple months. Give her a little time. Or ask your vet for help on training tips.

are you staying outside with her to make sure she is going to the bathroom? Lots of praise when she goes potty outside, use baby voice, the neighbors might look at you funny but who cares, puppy likes it.

Everytime she wakes up, go outside, after playing go outside

Lots of newspaper piles or puppy pads in different spots, eventually getting rid of those farthest away from the door, your wanting to lead her to the door

Some dogs just dont get it right away, my last dog was 4 years old before he finally got it, otherwise he would about once a month go a week with accidents. The two I have now got it quickly

We taught our puppy to stop going inside the house by giving him treats every time he went out side.  It took just 3 days to house break him.  He is 11 years old and never had any house accidents.

We had a dog a puppy who went in the house .Someone said to put down papers near the door you want him to go out of it worked but took a while. would love to get another puppy but see problems like that plus our cat would be like what is this in my house.

When our youngest dog was a puppy he would have accidents. Then he started doing what our older dogs did, which was go outside. He started to pick up on it. That, and if he did have an accident or look like he was about to go we would put him outside.
