Anybody Try to Fill Out a Support Ticket Lately?

I tried to fill out a Support Ticket today approximately 15 times and was unable to do it. Once I began typing, the computer hopped to another FC page altogether. Was this my computer acting up (which it hasn't lately) or does anybody else have the same experience?

I filled out a support ticket recently and had no problem.

The computer may have been taking you to a topic. Try going down the page. My memory is that you need to respond that you could not find an answer to your question and wanted to continue to open a new ticket.

not too long ago - took a while to get the reply - think it was a couple weeks - but turned out okay as I was able to find the answer by searching the forum here....  so if you find yourself waiting - ya might wanna give that a try...  best of luck!   :thumbsup:

That sounds exactly like what it was doing.  I don't send many support tickets at all but I did just the other day.  I believe the system was directing me to the category of my subject. 

When I went back to try again I was successful.  Not only was I able to send the ticket but I just got an email notification today that Fusion Cash is directing my inquiry to the appropriate channels. 

It took less than a week to get a response from FC. Thank you admin.
