Payment Information
« on: November 11, 2017, 10:59:58 am »
Hi everyone,

I just joined, and the site doesn't accept my paypal email address because it is a .co NOT .com address. Any clues? I did send in a request and am hoping to hear back, but has anyone else had this problem. Not all email addresses end in .com

I used my other email add to register, but cannot change my paypal one as that is what I use for payments.

Many thanks.

Tilly

You can actually have multiple email addresses under your Paypal account. I have my main one, college and spam one all connected. Just make sure that the one on this site matches on you have connected with paypal

Thanks for the replies, I think support are going to add the other email for my paypal. Just out of curiosity since I am new here, why is direct deposit easier heypeg?

Thanks

I've used Paypal and currently use direct deposit and I don't think one is really easier than the other

It is probably a preference thing rather than an ease thing.  For some people direct deposit is 'easier' because it saves them the later step of transferring the money from PayPal to another bank or checking account where they then spend from.  But a lot of folks (myself included) actually use a PayPal debit card to make purchases.  This allows me to keep my online earning income separate from my regular day job income.  I can still transfer PayPal money into my bank account if I need to for whatever reason, but I prefer [do you see what I did there?] PayPal to direct deposit.

really upset now. They said they would put in my email address, and didnt. I did 2 things which would have been worth about 5 bucks, and they are not included now. I have spent 10 bucks doing one of them which will not be reflected. Really not ok.

I just logged in after a long pause in activity. I noticed my balance had not changed and was still at $26 and change but when I clicked on cashout it changed to $0.30! What happened to my original earnings???

earnings expire after 180 days. It's in the terms of service which you might want to familiarize yourself with
