It is not clear what your problem is.  I think that you are saying you did not get your forum bonus for July. If that is correct, you probably need to open a support ticket.

Yes I'm a bit confused on what you are asking for too. If it is a forum posting bonus for July, you will have to file a ticket. Because I don't think you can do one now for that far back. I just got my August and September bonuses this month, so I know they do fall behind somewhat. And I'm assuming you filled out the correct form? http://www.fusioncash.net/forumbonus.php
