Hard to believe, but it's almost here. Can't wait! What are people's plans?

My son and his fiancé are coming for dinner so my wife is doing the turkey and fixins',  We don't usually make thanksgiving dinner so she's pretty stressed out about it. (we also live in an apartment where there's :turkey: :turkey: not much room)

We go to my in laws and then me and the kids usually head out at about 9pm to see what the crowds are like. We rarely ever buy anything we just look around at all the crazy people.

I don't know what my youngest son his girlfriend and her 9 year old daughter are doing.  We all usually go to my deceased husband's family but my youngest son knows I don't care for his girlfriend or her daughter so honestly I don't care what they do.  Sounds heartless but they have really done some crap to me so ................ my older son may go if he gets off in time if not I'll go by myself and that is fine.  Wherever turkey is there is where I wanna be.   :turkey:

Since, This could be my last turkey  :turkey: (lets cross fingers) my friend wanted to have a dinner he is end of life time, so he could invite close friends and his son for a happy together. I invited my son and his fiancé, my daughter live miles away that said her work is paying big bucks if she could work that day, so no on her presence,  :turkey:  I said go for it.  :turkey:  So I am going to make the  :turkey: Thanksgiving Dinner Unforgettable  :turkey: . I am going to use the corn recipe a FusionCash Blogger posted for me on my turkey post earlier, wonderful, thank you for it. I am making a pumpkin and an apple pie and salted caramel cookies, and whipped cream everywhere. And don't forget the candied yams, mash, cornbread dressing, green salad and lots of GRAVY.  :turkey: Hope you have a gr8 Tday.  :turkey:

We are going to my brother and sister-in-law's house for the big day. My dad will also be there, which is great, because I don't see him all that much since he moved out of the Atlanta suburbs and into the Georgia mountains. We'll also draw names for our Secret Santa gift exchange while we're all together! :turkey:

I'm working from 2:00 pm to about 7:00 pm so the hubby and decided to stay home this year.  I'm gonna make up a Lasagna ahead of time so he can pop it into the oven and it will be ready for when I get home.  Nice quiet year just hanging out sounds great to me.

Dinner with the family as usual, although we may postpone it a little rather than having it on the actual day because the flu is going around my family.
