What's YOUR Method for Submitting Payment Picture Bonus?

Hello All:

I figured out that by using the Microsoft Snip Tool that you can simply delete extraneous information in your picture bonus document instead of having to black out information (which seems unnecessarily complicated).

So, for those of you who know how to use the search feature in Windows, simply type in "Snip," (without the quote marks or comma), and you will see what is called the "Snipping Tool."

Click on it, your screen will get lighter, and you will see a plus sign (or crosshairs). Place the X in the upper left of what you want to copy (for example, the photo of your bonus or your Paypal Cash Out Notification E-Mail), drag down and to the right, and let go.

You should now have a nice screenshot of whatever it is that you want. Save it as a jpg or jpeg on your desktop.

Now, open that document on your desktop.

At the top of the picture you will see an option to "Open." Click it, and scroll down to Paint.

A new box will pop up, choose "Select," (it will look like a rectangle made of dash marks). Note that you may need to hit the little arrow below "Select" to choose rectangular selection because it may not be set that way by default.

Select what information you need hidden (such as your e-mail address or real name). Once you have the area selected, hit the delete key on your keyboard. The information should now be erased.

Save the document as a jpeg, and you are done. All you need to do now is visit this link: http://www.fusioncash.net/picturebonus.php

I hope this does not confuse anyone because I know that people have different versions of Windows, and some have Macs.

But this is the easiest way that I have found to erase information and quickly submit for the picture bonus.

What are some of YOUR methods for doing the picture bonus?

I am sure there are some who never submit for this bonus due to not knowing how to do this, and/or being too embarrassed to ask for help.

Anyway, that is my attempt at being helpful.

I just do a screenshot of the page, open it in Microsoft paint, and edit out personal information then save. I’ve been doing it that way for years and never had any issues

That is sort of what I did. When you say "edit," do you mean delete info or marking through it?

You would be surprised at how many people do not know how to do this.

Actually I use the eraser tool to get rid of personal information. I forgot to remove my email address one time and had someone emailing and wanting to use my payment on their site to get referrals

I have yet to find a good way to mark things out. It should be easier to do that than it is. Like you, I just delete my info. But I have not used eraser, I just select the info, hit delete, and it does the job.

Thanks to all for your tips on how to save your payment picture and the various ways to remove/block out personal information.

I have used the the "mark out" method which does the trick, but I like the DELETE the information completely method that was suggested here.

I screen print it on my computer of my bank deposit and redact personal info then submit it. Takes a while for a dollar to get credited but worth the wait!
