My husband and I bought 7.2 acres of Land last year and had our house built on it. We absolutely LOVE it.

how cool... congrats. With money not being an issue i would love to buy land and  build a house cause then everything is exactly the way i would want it. With a limited amount of money i would buy a house but would be fixing it up the way i want over time

i would love to BUY a house, considering there are
so many on the market for nearly nothing.

of course, building would be nice, but there are just
so many homes available for probably less than you
could build  :dontknow:

I would love to be able to build a home.  You know what you want and you build it that way.  However, you can get some great deals buying a home right now.
