Nope, I have no idea what a keto diet even is. You might feel rundown, but you started the diet for a reason...stick to it!

I haven't but I know someone who is.  She's loving it and lost at least 30 pounds in 4 months.

I have not heard of it either.  I am doing the apple cider vinegar plan and it works!

No for me.  But I know someone who has done it and she looks great - feels great too.  In the beginning she did say she felt spacey, lethargic and a little weak.  She didn't slow down her work outs either.  I've read very little about the diet...probably should before I declare my opinion of it.

I have never heard of the keto diet before. What has worked for me is eating real whole foods. Fruits, vegetables, nuts seeds, beans and lean protein high in omega's like salmon.

I had to search that diet I forgot. That diet way has a name. I will tell you what was told to me, if your body is overweight you are not hungry. What kicked my diet off, the best way is...I was on an IV for 5 days (at the hospital) without any foods and wow that did it for me, than when I got home just calorie count. If you want cake or candy or really anything you can because you have to calorie count that in and don't go over your limit. You will lose your weight and happily I might add.  Happy New Year  :snowflake: Sorry if you are sensitive to wheat or other food stuff and not eating those foods that make you ill makes you feel better there's that. I wish you  :peace: I do.

I like your plan especially since it's not a so-called 'diet plan'. Many times, people start a diet then they get off the diet.  What tends to happen next is a yo-yo affect - the weight was up then it goes down, then up again.  That is horrible for the metabolism.  Trying to be sensible every day is the real key to success.

I don't know a whole lot about it. I do know that I had much success in becoming lean and strong, having lots of stamina, and feeling physically at my best just with eating lots of rice, beans, raw fruits, whole grain cereals, and nuts. I was drinking a lot of water and green tea then, too. It was the healthiest and most fit I've ever felt, and I feel horribly about having not stuck with it! I was over exercising, though (up to 2 hours every day, 5 or 6 days a week). It was amazing other than that! Highly recommend. (This also included cutting out all animal products; I'm vegan.  :bunny: )
