I'm glad you figured it out.  In the past I've had to switch browsers to get certain elements on FC to work correctly.  It used to happen a lot with some of the videos.  I haven't noticed it happening lately.  It's a good idea to give that quick fix a try in case it works.
Thanks pstovall.  Actually the browser that I have been using for a very long time and the one that I have been relying on is not giving me a live link to the DCE.  Maybe it's time to check and see if I need to update the browser.  In the mean time, I'm able to complete my DCE on my backup browser. 
I just updated the browser that I'm usually on for DCE.  Moments ago I opened the DCE email.  I now have a live link.  Horaaay.    ;D My DCE was completed on the browser of my original choice and all is good - until I need another update.   ::)

The daily cash emails are great, you only get a few cents per email, but I think it is a good deal. All those cents address up and really help pick up your balance.

It's amazing how a little update can solve an issue.  There's so much to learn about all this new technology, and sometimes a mere reboot will work for me!  I'm glad we have forums and genius bars and grandchildren to help us old schoolers out!

Hasn't happened to me...yet...but I will keep an eye out and hopefully there won't be many technical glitches going forward!

Sorry to hear you are having problems.  This has never happened to me.  Make sure you stay on the page for 60 seconds!

No, that as never happened to me before. I have more of an issue completing a survey then it freezes on the last page so I don't get credit. This has happened 4-5 times to me
