I'm just confused and worried

I'm a good kid, alright? I'm thirteen in eighth grade and I get good grades and when I'm home I usually talk to friends, watch YouTube and look at memes.
 Today, I got a sketchy call from an LA caller but the sketchy part is.. I live in Washington. And it wasn't on my cell phone (that does not exist), it was on the HOME PHONE. And the answerer sounded like an adult male.  Weird. I know.
I'm totally panicking because I don't know what this guy wants.
I don't know who he is.
And a little truth.. I feel like I'm in trouble due to the fact I'm not 18 on here BUT I read in the terms of service that you can be 13 with parents permission.

I didn't think I needed it

Totally agree that permission is needed even if this is a very clean site in regards to the forum.  Sooner or later they are going to question as to how you got the money.  I know I would.

You need to talk to your parents as soon as possible and call the police to have them investigate who is calling you.  Do not  wait.  Your safety is important.

But yes, you need to be careful at any age, but especially at YOUR age. Be sure never to input personal information or your current whereabouts on social media.

So far, I've not seen any more posts from him/her.  I doubt ignore is needed. Very strange post though IMO.
