When people come to you for help, what do they usually need?

Most people come to me for financial help. I am not rich, but I know how to hustle and make extra cash that I put in savings.

I know someone who lent her "good friend" 20 grand and instead of paying her back the cash,he's doing her so called favors like taking out her trash twice a week. She certainly now needs the money back but didn't get any type of legal contract so she's screwed.

Was  MONEY , money AND MORE MONEY !    And I've never been paid back a cent and i'm now the jerk rotten friend, so i lost twice , my cash and a so called friend.  If I was paid right now all the money I have helped people with I'd be able to Buy a house, and pay cash for it.

No one comes to me for help but there was a day - my sister used to want money all the time as she was a drug addict.  Her and my brother always wanted money from my mother but since she died in 2010 I don't know where they get their "help" from.  Sad I haven't seen them since she passed because they know I am not giving them anything.  We all got equal amounts of inheritance so I guess they have figured out how to take care of themselves.  My sons both work and take care of themselves.

Most who come to me for help it's for a ear to listen.   Everyone knows we don't have extra money so no one (except our son) has ever asked for that but folks do come to us just to listen.   I have no problem being that kind of friend.

Yeah, I think you are in the majority.  Most people come for financial help and I am far, far, from wealthy.  Hence my presence on here!

I have lent money to family members in need. I also am a shoulder to lean on and have given many advice only.

People usually want advice, money, or a ride somewhere. The advice, and rides are fine, but I stopped lending money because some people forget it's a LOAN and I really don't have money to simply give away.
