« on: March 16, 2018, 12:52:25 am »
my own fault slept tll 10 thirty this morning. anyone watching the killing of Versace not sure if I spelled his name right. should go drink some milk and take another Benadryl. maybe a sandwich its only 12:50. having bad luck with surveys  today did one here for 30 cents  had the lites on so probably cost more for an hour of electric. Oh the show is really good.

Not me, i been sleeping too much.... I'm over tired from all the insanity of my move. I have a very sad feeling i've made a huge mistake. My new landlord lady is every thing but nice and i've had a broken stove for over a week with no one fixing it. I've called 3 time and nothing.  She's very rude over the phone, like only her time matters.

It is so hard having a bad landlord. I have had many.

Usually meant it was time to go apartment searching again.

Not sleeping much the last week been waking up to check on dog that had surgery last week.  The cone he has on makes so much noise because he bangs into things trying to get it off

I sleep way too much probably due to loneliness and depression.  I have been trying to get out of the house more but it isn't much that I can or want to do so I sleep hours in the daytime and hours at night.  I am on a lot of meds and have sleep apnea so don't know how much those two come into play.

Get involved in your local community, church or go to your library.Even a small town like mine has a free senior bus that takes ppl  out shopping and on  day trips on weekends. It's a lot better when you're older and safer I'd say.

I lay in bed look at the walls for hours and then when I finally fall asleep it's time to get up and go to work I am in bed a lot because of my lupus though so my body probably doesn't know a system has to when it needs to sleep and when I'm just laying there

On occasion I do have trouble falling asleep at night. It's not so good when I have a full schedule the next day.

First time I hurt my back during and after surgery I slept for 12-14 hours a day for several months, now it's 6 max  even with milk and other dairy products I rarely break the 8 hours a night threshold. As long as I don't have eye strain I don't really care though.

I've had issues with staying asleep. I was waking up in the middle of the night and having a hard time falling asleep again.

My biggest problem with sleep is that i have a dog.  I know it's bad but he sleeps in the bed with me unless I shut him downstairs to sleep with the hubby.

He wakes me up several times a night to either go out or if the cat moves.

But ... I love the big lug anyway and love when he snuggles in next to me.

Work out hard and you'll definitely fall asleep.
