In August I am planning a trip with my mother to Los Angeles, CA and see some of the attractions near it.

I am going to continue working on my "shack to castle" Bought it less than a year ago. Needed plumbing, didn't even have a septic tank. Has been vacant about 50 years. We are redoing EVERYTHING. We retired, had a HUGE financial blow, and now are working on fixing up this place and starting a by/for Autistic community. We have been told this is impossible. We were also told 5 years ago that a by/for autistic peoples' retreat was impossible, and now we are the ONLY by/for Autistic retreat in the WORLD that is affordable for all. [there are 2 other by/for Autistic retreats but they are way too expensive for most Autistic people] We are just now applying for non profit status, so that we can have more fund raisers to build this community.
We are also getting more chickens this summer, 2 nigerian dwarf doelings next month, and are putting permaculture to work to raise our organic fruits and veggies.
I am fairly confident that I will be able to double my you tube viewership as I am planning to document the work on our place, the garden, making our own soap, etc. There is more, much more. Let me say, retirement is crazy, wonderful busy!!!

I am aiming to visit my parents in Prescott Valley, Arizona as they are getting on in their years. Mom has Alzheimers and rarely recognizes me but still enjoys the energy that I bring. My daughter turns twenty one next month and wants to take my mother to the local casino. I am going to the Slayer Farewell Concert. I also have it in my goals to climb a few mountains with my kids this summer (We live in Colorado). I would like to hit the Sturgis Bike Festival in South Dakota. There are a few quirky runs and races that I would like to engage in as well. Outside of those diversions I will continue working sixteen to eighteen hours a day-seven days a week. I have been racking up some pretty good savings from side pursuits and would like to surprise my wife with a trip to Hawaii for our twenty fifth anniversary.

No big plans for me. Some naps? Cooking? Watching tv? I'm a pretty boring person and live a pretty mundane life, but it seems to be working for me.

(Oh, and reading some good books too!)

Sorry, to rain on the parade but you posted this on the wrong discussion board. it belongs on the "Everything Else But Fusion Cash" boards.

I have no plans for so called summer because I am going on a cruise mid September. I am flying to Seattle for four days and then sailing Alaska.

I live in Central Texas and September is still summer for us. It can still be 100 and hotter here. We are not in very good moods by September.

   Two of the best places northern Ohio has to offer!  I've only been to Sauder Village about 2 or 3 times, but I hope to go back again soon.  I took my parents there about 20 years ago and they LOVED the museum of old gadgets and machinery! Brought back many memories of how things were in their childhood.

As for my summer - I will be going to Cedar Point about 30 or 40 times!!!   8)
